A system of record I scoped and built for a manufacturing client — operational data in, immutable financial reporting out.

18,400 LOC TypeScript + 4,000 LOC tests · 12 ADRs documenting the design decisions for a clean handoff
Time-effective pricing — product prices, material costs, wages, and overhead are each an effective-dated history, so editing a preset never rewrites past profit
All money in integer cents, no floats — the JavaScript day-path and the Postgres month-SQL agree bit-for-bit via exact integer arithmetic

How I work

I own the product, from problem to production.

Discovery and definition

I run the discovery, frame the real problem, write the spec, and name the tradeoffs — turning a vague idea into work a team can actually build and ship.

Prioritization and delivery

I decide what ships and what waits, sequence the roadmap against real constraints, and stay in the loop through production — across backend, data, billing, CI/CD, and observability.

Technical depth in AI

I build the AI myself — agents, LLM-in-the-loop systems, and governance against NIST AI RMF, the EU AI Act, and ISO/IEC 42001 — so I can scope what's feasible instead of guessing at it.
